1.3 These Terms apply to the Website only. If you register for or use the Dharas software-as-a-service application, that use is governed separately by the Dharas Terms of Service (or, where applicable, a separately negotiated agreement between you and Furious Fox), not by these Terms.
1.4 We may update these Terms from time to time in accordance with clause 11. The version in force is the one published on the Website at the time of your visit.
2. Definitions

"Dharas" means the software-as-a-service platform operated by Furious Fox and made available at a separate application domain.
